Why does the suffering servant suffer?

Everyone suffers. Even people you may envy, you might be surprised how much frustration and disappointment they experience. Rich people can be unhappy, I saw it myself, and personally I hate paperwork and all that shit about insurance and everything like that. I prefer a simpler life. Not that I wouldn't move into nicer digs if you offered them to me, but I'm not exactly clamoring for it. I wouldn't mind some more guitars though, I only have one and I'd like to lean slide, but I need a separate guitar set up for slide. One day I hope to put my hands on the Tiger, that would be nice. That's really my main material ambition, to get hold of Tiger. 

Anyway, the servant suffers to earn the trust and respect of the people. You can't do it by force, you can only do it by persuasion when it comes to the whole world. And I'ma tell you, I'm much better off than when I was a snotnosed little rich kid. I don't exactly want to relive those years, but they did me good service.
