I've been responsible for two pregnancies that were terminated. Both were in my twenties, before I thought about it too much, but today I think it was the right decision. In both cases the girls were on birth control, without missing any days, and in both cases it was done quickly. I had big plans and a sense of destiny, and under no circumstances was I qualified to raise a family, mainly because my philosophy about money is that I don't even think about it until I'm at the pawn shop. This has been my approach since I quit trafficking drugs. I thought, if I'm always chasing money I will never do anything worthwhile.
So at any rate, my position is that two or three weeks should be sufficient to make a decision, from the time women learn of conception. I don't know how much variation occurs with regard to the length of time until they find out, but two weeks seems adequate to decide.
