Let's set up shop in La Paz

Couldn't find a better hideout. We got almost everything you would want in a city, and it still feels like a sleepy beach town down on the boardwalk. You couldn't ask for a more congenial setting, it's hot for a few months in the summer though, but eight months of the year it's great.
