This was hilarious, last year James did a couple talks seemingly in response to my arrival. They sound like he's channeling Shapiro, I'm sure he commissioned them. According to James, the globalists are a problem because they are really monastic types, desert-dwelling hermits who are into the Corpus Hermeticum. The Corpus Hermeticum is actually a very good text, there's a spurious addition at the end about worshiping idols, that was inserted by the usual suspects, but apart from that it's very good, particularly the Pymander or Poimandres. Alchemy is the progressive unification of the soul or consciousness with the divine, making the material spiritual, it was never about gold, it was always about God. It is the same as Moksha in Hinduism. Gold is a metaphor for knowledge of your immortality, because it never changes. The academic field on the subject is currently dominated by an absurd hypothesis saying it was always coded language about chemical operations, looking for gold, it never had any spiritual content. They have turned out a lot of work in that direction, all in vain. From my point of view, it's hard enough to do work even when I believe in it, but you wouldn't believe how many people can really put their noses to the grindstone turning out complete nonsense. All the Shakespeare stuff in academia, good lord. I don't know how they do it. I should also mention that alchemy comes from Taoists in China, but they want to say Chinese alchemy and Western alchemy developed independently, spontaneously and more or less concurrently. This is just silly, but I think they want to say it came from Alexandria because there were Jews there, and they have to own everything.
